Play Archery Online Free
A first-person 3D archery range. Hold to draw the bow, aim and release: the sight already allows for gravity, but the wind pushes every arrow sideways, a half-drawn bow falls short and holding the draw too long makes your aim shake. Shoot three rounds of five arrows at a target that gets farther and windier each time, and in the last round it slides side to side. Bullseye is 10, the tiny inner ring is worth 11, and you can follow every arrow in flight.
How to play Archery
Archery is a first-person 3D target range. You shoot three rounds of five arrows at a straw target 22, 36 and 50 metres away. The sight already allows for gravity, so what decides your score is the wind (shown by the flag and the wind arrow), how fully you draw the bow and how steady you hold it. In the last round the target also slides from side to side, so you have to lead it. The bullseye scores 10 and the tiny inner ring 11.
- Mouse to aim, hold the left button or Space to draw, release to shoot
- Arrow keys fine-tune the aim
- Touch: press and hold to draw, drag to aim, lift to shoot
- Check the flag and wind arrow: aim into the wind before you release
Tips for a higher score
- Look at the wind arrow before every shot and aim a little into the wind; a 3 m/s wind moves the arrow more than a metre at 50 metres.
- Draw to the white line on the meter. A half-drawn arrow is slow and falls short of the target.
- Do not hold the full draw for too long: after a second or two your aim starts to shake. Release while it is still steady.
- Against the sliding target, aim ahead of where it is and release as it moves toward your aim point.
